A dynamic and accomplished Senior HR Leader with over 25 years of progressive experience in global and regional HR leadership roles across top multinational organizations, including Al-Futtaim, Mars, PepsiCo, United Technologies, Beeah Group, and Orascom Telecom. As the owner of a leading HR and consulting company, Saied brings a wealth of expertise in driving business results through strategic human capital management and organizational development.
Having worked across diverse industries such as FMCG, Telecom, Industrial, and Consulting Services, he has successfully led globally diverse teams as both an HR generalist and specialist, managing complex demand and supply challenges across multiple time zones. His ability to navigate intricate matrix structures and multicultural environments has enabled him to collaborate effectively with C-level executives and drive impactful HR strategies.
